I knew that many people had troubles while using the Thailand Post for international shipments. Still, I gave them a try. What should I say, it was the wrong decision. They gave me no receipt so I couldn’t use Thailand Post tracking. My friend was waiting for the parcel so long. It was delivered.

I have received my parcel undamaged but there were big problems with Thailand Post tracking. I haven’t found the English version of the website and the Google translations were a crap. At last, I figured out how to do this but my Thailand Post tracking number didn’t show the adequate information. I think there were some bugs in the system. Should say that the delivery was cheap.

To be honest, I will likely use some other postal couriers instead. Too much stress for me. I didn’t like the sending process at all. The staff was not willing to help and it was difficult to understand where should I write and what. The receipt was in their language and I couldn’t monitor my parcel with Thailand Post tracking. But the package reached the receiver in 45 days or so.
