I do not use the services of I-parcel very often, but I first learned about them a long time ago. I cannot say anything negative about them based on personal experience. They have a pretty nice website. I-parcel tracking is easy to use and it shows the correct information. Parcels arrived intact and there were no delivery delays. So, in general, it is a good courier company.

I used delivery of I-parcel only once and in the future I am not going to do that again. Maybe I was just unlucky and usually they are fine as I see that they have a good rating. But when the seller sent me the I-parcel tracking ID, I tried to use the official I-parcel tracking on their website. But it didn’t work until I got my package at home.

I cannot say that I often use their services, maybe 2 or 3 times a year. But delivery problems never arose. The only thing I can remember is that the I-parcel tracking page was not available for me. Fortunately using services like this we can paste I-parcel tracking ID to monitor our packages. Thanks, guys, it really helps.
