I wonder why the company behind speed pack tracking service never put in place a team of professionals that can handle customers directly when they can’t track their parcels using it. Recently, I had a bad incident dealing with them while searching for my missing time-bound parcel. Unfortunately, it arrived late and couldn’t help me. Don’t use this service unless your shipment is not an emergency. Get my zero stars!
