I am one of those who can’t understand how to use Pitney Bowes tracking so I tracked my packages here. I find it more convenient. Seems like I only need this service to track my parcels from different couriers.

Good courier company. I have been using their services for a while. There were no delays in the delivery of parcels. Fragile things were well packed. Prices are good. The only thing I did not understand was how to use the Pitney Bowes tracking number. To find out, I had to contact customer service. This is very strange for a courier company.

Good customer service, it is really much better than at other postal services. I had no problems with Pitney Bowes tracking. And all my packages came in time. The delivery was fast so I will use this postal courier again.

I hate their website. There are a lot of ads and even a “store” button on every page. But when I wait for my package, I don’t need all this. But this is not so simple. Otherwise, everything is fine. But I can say this about many other couriers.
