Good postal services, nice staff, timely delivery. These are the pluses for me. Only Italian version of the website is a minus. I know the basics of this language so could find what I need and use Poste Italiane tracking, but for other people, it might be more difficult.

A nice postal company which I used to ship my purchases from Italy. I got Poste Italiane tracking number to follow the route of my parcel. But there was a problem to track it on their official website. I do not know why they ship internationally but do not want to provide an English version for their clients. Hopefully, there are services like this to track parcels from different senders. And even though I used Poste Italiane tracking here, I am satisfied with the terms and quality of delivery.

Have used them for a few times and everything was smooth. I like the rates of their services, they are not so expensive as some companies charge. Poste Italiane tracking works well. I can’t remember any delays in the notifications and so on.

Poste Italiane international tracking is not as good as the domestic one. I have used both. If you want your parcel fast, you shouldn’t rely on them. Check their shipment conditions. All in all, this postal company is pretty good.

When I got Poste Italiane tracking number, I didn’t know where to put it on their website. Why don’t they have an English translation? At least for the tracking page… So I used this service to track my parcel. It is more convenient than using Google translator tools.
