Some online stores use only SPSR to deliver the orders. To be true, I always choose other companies if I can. The reason is that one time SPSR tracking shows the correct information and the package comes in time. But the next time it is incorrect and I wait for the parcel longer than expected. And I don’t like the operators. They are incompetent. You will never get real help: only standard phrases.
I had a really bad experience with this postal company. At first, SPSR tracking worked well and I waited happily for my parcel. But when it was time to get it at the post office, everything went wrong. I got a message and headed to the office. But there was not my parcel. It took a whole week to find it. I don’t know why SPSR tracking number showed that the package was delivered but it wasn’t. Maybe, it was just a bug in the system.
I have already used SPSR service for a few times to send parcels from Moscow to Saint-Petersburg. I like how SPSR tracking works. I can follow all the details and manage my delivery date. Their website is pretty nice as well.
I had to wait for the package much longer than the courier had originally promised. I used SPSR tracking to track the packet, but it didn't help much. In general, I was pleased with the SPSR due to the fact that the staff was polite in communication and tried to help me with the problem.
My friend from Moscow still can’t receive my spsr package, and even spsr tracking doesn’t help! Awful!!!
SPSR tracking number looks unusual, but it is recognized here. So, I use this service to track my parcels on the territory of Russian Federation if company’s official site is temporarily unavailable for me.
SPSR is much better than the Russian post, but I still prefer to use SPSR tracking here just in case.
