Portugal Post - CTT Reviews

Timely delivery, average prices, undamaged parcels. But where is the English version for my Portugal Post tracking? I love the design of the website but it is inconvenient to track my packages. Provide me with an appropriate service!

My mother sends parcels from Berlin to Portu every month or so. Every time she uses Portugal Post. We think it works fine. There were a few delays in delivery but they were like 2 or 3 days which is acceptable. I guess it was Christmas time. And the Portugal Post tracking is also comfortable. Even my mother can use it easily and she is not a skillful PC user :)

Hey there, Portugal Post is really great. I always receive parcels in time and they are never damaged. I would like to have a special app though. I always use a smartphone but mail notifications are not comfortable for me. So, please, make a mobile version for Portugal Post tracking.

I wonder why Portugal Post hasn’t got an English version of their webpage. It is always a surprise when there are not these options in European countries postal services. It is so easy and satisfying for the clients. Anyway, I can use Portugal Post tracking here and I am happy with it.
