I do not have much experience using the Israel Post, but so far I have only positive impressions. It never happened that my package was lost or Israel Post tracking number wasn’t sent to. Also, the integrity of the package has never been compromised and the content of the package has never been damaged.

I used Israel post twice. For the first time, everything was great. I immediately received the Israel Post tracking code, the package was delivered quickly, the fragile cargo was properly packed and was not damaged. The second time was just awful. I did not receive the parcel and even the Israel Post tracking number. So I still have no idea where my package is. I tried to get help on their forum but it is absolutely useless.

You must be very careful while getting the parcel from their offices. Sometimes they may handle you a wrong package. I had such a case one time. But I’ve noticed it in advance and got my stuff at last. Israel Post tracking gives all the details about your parcel, the updates were often.

Israel Post is a usual cheap postal company. When I say cheap, I mean it doesn’t cost as much as other bigger postal couriers and at the same time, you get average quality service. Still, Israel Post tracking works well and provides the correct information.

Israel Post number is unrecognizable here. Why is it so? May you fix this bug please?

Israel Post is rather nice by itself, but I need Israel tracking to the USA. This function is unavailable at the company’s site because they may track their parcel on the territory of particular country only. This service helped me to solve this problem. So, I may use Israel Post tracking code for the whole delivery route now!
