I shipped 15 kg parcel with Landmark Global. It is good I could use Landmark Global tracking here as it didn’t work on their webpage. Maybe it was a bug.

Unreliable guys, I will not use them again. My parcel wasn’t delivered in time and when the courier finally reached my house, he failed to deliver the package. I do not know why as I was at home with the lights on. The customer service is awful, I spent much time trying to get information from them. Even Landmark Global tracking was not working on their website.

It was one of the worst experiences I have had with the postal couriers. Landmark Global is not a reliable company. They even claim that they are not responsible for all the purchases I do at online stores and ship via them. Really?! So whom do I pay my money? And for what? Landmark Global tracking didn’t help much as the delivery date wasn’t met. I received my parcel in almost month but it supposed to be 2 weeks!

Landmark Global is very slow. Not the worst courier company in the world, but not much to boast about. I used Landmark Global tracking and saw that the package could be in stock without movement for ages.

My Landmark Global tracking to Canada is not available here. How to fix this bug?
