I knew that many people had troubles while using the Thailand Post for international shipments. Still, I gave them a try. What should I say, it was the wrong decision. They gave me no receipt so I couldn’t use Thailand Post tracking. My friend was waiting for the parcel so long. It was delivered.

I have received my parcel undamaged but there were big problems with Thailand Post tracking. I haven’t found the English version of the website and the Google translations were a crap. At last, I figured out how to do this but my Thailand Post tracking number didn’t show the adequate information. I think there were some bugs in the system. Should say that the delivery was cheap.

To be honest, I will likely use some other postal couriers instead. Too much stress for me. I didn’t like the sending process at all. The staff was not willing to help and it was difficult to understand where should I write and what. The receipt was in their language and I couldn’t monitor my parcel with Thailand Post tracking. But the package reached the receiver in 45 days or so.

If you want your things to be safe, do not use Thailand Post. Sometimes they do not even give you receipts so Thailand Post tracking will be out of your service. If you send some important documents or any other precious things from Thai, use DHL or any other well-known postal service instead.

I advise everyone to use registered mail while sending something via Thailand Post. It will save your time and even maybe your parcel. You can also use Thailand Post tracking number on different websites like here. The updates come in time.

I have sent some clothes from Thailand to a friend in China. The delivery was fast even though I couldn’t use Thailand Post tracking properly. I think it is possible to use their service when you send something to the nearby countries.

I don’t know how to find Thailand Post tracking system at the official site of this company. So, I just use Thailand Post tracking here because it’s more convenient for me.
