Everything was fine when I shipped by WnDirect. I could use the WnDirect tracking to be sure where my parcels were. The only flaw is that at the beginning the updates come with delays.

It is so difficult to deal with WnDirect. I was waiting for a few packages from the UK to the USA and WnDirect tracking showed that they were stuck in transit. I know that it happens from time to time, but in this case, it was too long. Ok, then my WnDirect tracking number showed that the parcels were on the territory of the USA. Again their movements were too slow and had nothing to do with the established delivery date. I tried to contact customer support but it appeared to be impossible. They have only an office in the UK.

WnDirect is definitely the postal courier you should avoid. I used them when I bought things on eBay. My parcel was not delivered in time even though the WnDirect tracking information showed that it was delivered. Such a lie. It took lots of time to prove I haven’t the parcel. All in all, I have never received it but money was returned.

Oh, I just love the WnDirect services. And the design of their website is super nice and comfortable to navigate. WnDirect tracking system works perfectly! Well, and the packages come undamaged and always in time.

My wndirect tracking number is unrecognizable here. What’s wrong with this site?

WnDirect parcel tracking is rather nice but I prefer to track my packages from eBay here because of the opportunity to track several parcels at one and the same time.

I order many different goods from eBay and always prefer this postal company because of its quality. wnDirect tracking is good as well, so, I may see where my parcel is when it’s comfortable for me.
