I regularly use Yun express delivery for purchases from China. In general, everything suits me. There were small delivery delays but using Yun express tracking I realized that it was the fault of customs. Parcels were never lost and I never received them broken.

I used the service of Yun express only once and I doubt that I want to repeat it. I made an order from China and the seller didn’t tell me at once the fact that the delivery will be carried out by Yun express. Then he sent me Yun express tracking number and my troubles have begun. To figure out how to use Yun express tracking service, I spent a ton of time and, as a result, I didn’t do it on their website. At last, the status of the parcel changed to the Delivered, but I did not have it. It turned out that they delivered it to the local post office and only a few days later the postman brought my package. Doubtful service.

I do not advise you to have any business with this company. I usually use China Post to ship my orders from China. But this time the website (where I made the order) insisted on this one. They promised that Yun Express tracking will be much better. But it wasn’t! First of all, Yun Express tracking number didn’t give me any information about the location of my package. Okay, I stayed calm as it happens to many postal services. But when I have waited for 1,5 months without any notifications…well, I started worrying. The package has not come yet and I don’t think it will. So beware!
