I used the services of Lao Post once. The parcel was a little bit delayed. But I used Lao Post tracking and all the time I watched the movements of the cargo and therefore did not worry that it was lost. I think that in the future if there would be a need, I will use Lao Post again without fear.

In general, I had no problems with the Lao Post. My package arrived without significant delay. Perhaps I had to wait a bit because of checks at the customs. But I really did not like the fact that they do not even have a website in English. And it is very difficult to understand everything. Because of this, I did not have the opportunity to use the Lao Post tracking service on their website.

I use courier services rarely. It happened to receive parcels from Lao Post. I cannot say anything special. In general, a good courier. Seller immediately sent the Lao Post tracking code and I monitored package all the way. Although it was not necessary as the delivery was not delayed and I received everything on the appointed day.

I needed to use Lao Post, don’t even ask why. The company’s website was a shock. It only has their symbols and no English translation. Google didn’t help but I managed to find a friend who helped to arrange all the things. This service is quite nice because it recognizes Lao Post tracking numbers. Some other services cannot track them at all.
