This postal courier is not the best for me because it always takes a lot of time to get my parcel. Nevertheless, packages are undamaged and I can always use Pakistan Post tracking information to get more details about the current situation with my cargo. And the prices are acceptable.

My parents used Pakistan Post for a few times and they didn’t like it at all. The delivery took too much time. I think they have waited for more than 2 months. Pakistan Post tracking hasn’t given appropriate information. All in all, the customer service helped them. Still, next time we will consider using another postal courier.

I use Pakistan Post from time to time and, in general, my experience is positive. They have got a lovely website and Pakistan Post tracking can be done there. The parcels usually come in time but sometimes there are some delays. But maybe this is the fault of customs, not the courier company.
